Our Transportable Homes
At Betterlook Homes, each of our transportable homes is built on our site in Wagga Wagga, then transported to its final site location in NSW
This has two major benefits. Building on our own site allows for fast and efficient construction of your new home, with constant supervision throughout by our experienced site foreman. Not only that, but since the building works are taking place in our licensed yard we can start building your house without waiting for council approval to begin. Your home could be delivered onsite and ready to use much sooner than you might think.

All of our transportable homes are built on cypress pine timber (termite resistant) sub-floor that runs the length of the home. The entire floor is fixed to precast concrete blocks to our engineer’s design. This system is available for up to a Class “M” site classification. All site classifications above “M” need to have specially designed footing to suit the soil classification, and are designed to our engineer’s specifications.

At Betterlook Homes, we believe in making the process as trouble free for you as possible, and providing help and advice wherever we can. Lodging documents and dealing with council throughout the approval period can be a daunting task for some customers.
As part of our outstanding service, we supply all documentation and fill out all council application forms necessary for each job, lodging these documents to the relevant council on your behalf. Not only does this make your building experience easier and more enjoyable, but it also allows for the quickest possible turnaround time with council as all relevant information is supplied at the one time.
