Foundations

Every home is built on precast concrete block foundations designed to meet our engineer’s specifications for Class M sites. This provides a strong and reliable base for your transportable home while supporting long-term structural performance.

We use termite-resistant treated pine bearers and joists to provide a durable structural framework beneath your home. This helps protect against termite activity while ensuring lasting strength and stability.

Quality particleboard flooring is installed throughout the home, with compressed fibre cement sheeting used in wet areas to provide added moisture resistance where it’s needed most.

All wall frames are constructed using termite-resistant 90 x 35mm Radiata Pine studs at 450mm centres, providing a strong and dependable framework for your home.

Every home features Pryda engineered roof trusses, designed to deliver exceptional structural integrity and long-term performance.

Your home is protected with Colorbond® corrugated steel roofing complete with sarking, offering excellent durability, weather protection and an attractive modern finish.

Horizontal sliding aluminium windows are fitted throughout the home, complete with insect screens as shown on your selected floor plan, providing natural light, ventilation and everyday practicality.

Security-style full panel screen doors are fitted to both the front and rear external doors, adding convenience, ventilation and peace of mind.

To improve year-round comfort and energy efficiency, every home includes Bradford insulation batts rated R3.5 to ceilings and R2.0 to external walls.

Homes are finished with quality Hardiplank cladding in Woodgrain, Rusticated or Primeline Heritage profiles, with additional cladding options available to suit your preferences.

Walls and ceilings are lined with plasterboard throughout the home, while Villaboard is installed to wet area walls for enhanced moisture resistance and durability.

Your home is fully wired throughout with a standard meter box installed and prepared for mains connection. Electrical connections between house sections are completed on site by your electrician.

Complete internal hot and cold water plumbing, together with waste drainage down to bearer level, is included and prepared for final on-site connection by your licensed plumber.

A gas or electric hot water service is supplied with every home and prepared for external connection during installation.

Your kitchen includes either an electric underbench or wall oven with gas or electric cooktop or an upright stove depending on your selected home design.

A 600mm ducted rangehood is installed above the cooktop or stove to assist with ventilation while cooking.

Bathrooms and ensuites include two-light Tastic units for lighting and warmth, while separate toilet areas are fitted with ceiling exhaust ventilation to improve comfort and airflow.

Mains-powered smoke detectors with battery backup are installed throughout the home in accordance with current building requirements.

Your new kitchen includes fully laminated cupboards designed to provide practical storage, everyday durability and a clean modern appearance.

Quality pre-primed skirtings and architraves are professionally finished with paint throughout the home. Gloss-painted flush panel doors, built-in wardrobes where shown, and linen cupboards are also included to complete the interior.

Every home receives a professional two-coat vinyl paint finish, with colours selected to complement your chosen interior style.

The laundry includes a 45-litre stainless steel tub, washing machine taps, and ceramic tiled flooring with matching skirting for a practical and durable finish.

Bathrooms include a 1500mm acrylic bath where shown on the plan, a laminated vanity with cupboard and drawers, a sliding or pivot glass shower screen to the separate shower recess, and ceramic tiled floors and walls for a modern finish.

Standard delivery includes transport and setup of your home within 200 kilometres of Wagga Wagga. Steel access steps are fitted to all external doorways, site fall allowances up to 100mm are included, and textured board is installed around the full perimeter of the home. Additional transport distances or site requirements can be quoted if needed.

Verandahs are included where shown on your selected house plan. Where balustrades are required, these remain the owner’s responsibility, allowing flexibility to meet individual site and design requirements.
